Rob is an Airline expert.

He is the man who managed the communication of, I believe, the hugest crisis a company could ever have: being the head of Marketing and Advertising in American Airlines after 9/11. He has been more than 20 years in the airline industry and over 15 years in Airlines Consulting. He is also now a professor at Georgetown University.
